Due diligence and oversight of a $2 billion (lifecycle) telecom infrastructure project
InfoCivitas was asked to undertake a review of the procurement, costing and implementation approach of a project deemed to be high-risk by Cabinet. The engagement is expected to result in lifecycle fiscal savings of $700 million to $1 billion.

Designing a new fiscal commision for Jamaica
Following the end of an IMF loan program, and supported by the EU and IDB, we worked the Finance Minister of Jamaica, and his team, to undertake the stakeholder consultations, organizational design and legislative drafting for the first Fiscal Commission in the Caribbean region. The new organization will support increased fiscal analysis and oversight by Jamaicans and their democratic institutions.

Reforming First Nations Child and Family Services
The InfoCivitas team was charged with estimating the cost of First Nations Child & Family Services (FNCFS) system along with long-term forecasts, new funding model and a wellbeing-based performance framework. These efforts were bottom-up and FN community-based with tireless efforts of the FNCFS professional from across Canada.

Evaluating the UK's Office of Budget Responsibility
The UK's HM Treasury devolved the function of economic and fiscal forecasting to the newly formed Office of Budget Responsibility (OBR). InfoCivitas implemented an evaluation framework, it had developed for the OECD, to undertake the first five-year review of the OBR. The report was tabled in the British House of Commons and is considered a benchmark for evaluation of independent fiscal institutions.
